The story
London Dance Hall stands beside Highway 377 in London, about twenty miles northeast of Junction, its painted sign advertising live music on Saturday nights. Junction's tourism board calls it one of the oldest dance halls in Texas; no opening year is verified here, so none is claimed. The hall still runs public dances — the Texas Jamm Band played it on May 23, 2026 — and sells tickets through its own Eventbrite page and Outhouse Tickets.
