Coyote Joe’s opened on Wilkinson Boulevard in February 1991. Garth Brooks, Travis Tritt, Charlie Daniels, the Bellamy Brothers, and Brooks & Dunn have played here. House band Out of the Blue has helped keep it a working dance club as well as a concert stop.
