The story
This building started as a cattle barn for the Fort Worth Stock Show in 1910, then served as an airplane factory and department store. Billy Bob’s opened April 1, 1981, with live music, dancing, and bull riding across 100,000 square feet. The old livestock auction ring became the bull-riding arena.
